Everyone who receives radiance receives it from You; O Bestower of radiance, illuminate my heart as well. The cloud of mercy does not withhold its rain when it sees the sinners; O You who make it rain, shower Your grace upon them too. May God preserve the land of Madina for you, O refuge for the poor and the needy. By God, you are alive; by God, you are alive, O you who have disappeared from my worldly sight. I am a sinner, O Master; take me along with you, For along the road are places where travellers are stopped. This is the sacred land of the Haram; walk carefully as you place your feet. O traveller, this is a moment to bow your head in reverence. Come, rise and prostrate yourself at the cupbearer's door; O my devoted ones, this is the door of generosity. They eat from what you provide, yet quarrel with your servants; The deniers behave strangely, eating while growling. Their renown will continue just as it is; Let those who burn with envy fall to dust. The hour of intercession has now arrived; Take a little comfort, O my anxious heart. Raza, the lower self is an enemy; do not be deceived by its breath. Where have you ever seen such radiant ones?
