    My profile has been waitlisted, what do I do now?

    Getting in the Waitlisted queue means that at the time, by the criteria used in our model, we can not offer our services to you – but, only at this moment. We are always testing new criteria, adding new parameters to our databases and calibrating our models. There are no actions required of you. We will definitely inform you as soon as you are approved.

    Where can I use my slice card?

    Answer: You will be able to useslice card on all online/offline merchants which accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards except certain merchants such as prepaid wallets. You also cannot use slice card to withdraw cash at ATMs. slice holds discretion over the list of merchants the card would work and not work and this list might vary with time.

    Some merchants allow slice Card only in Debit Card section and some merchants allow only in Credit Card section.

    You are eligible slice if you:

    Are above 18 years of age
    Are a student, salaried professional, or self-employed and have an identity proof and address proof
    Cities we are available at Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chandigarh, Chennai, Coimbatore, Delhi, Greater Noida, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Kancheepuram, Manipal, Mumbai, Mysore, Nagpur, Nashik, Pune, Surat, Thiruvallur, Vellore, and Visakhapatnam

     

    We might not be operational in all colleges in the above cities as we are a growing startup. Please be patient with us while we become operational in your college.

    Common reasons for not getting approved are:

    Uploaded documents were unreadable or were edited
    The uploaded selfie is not clear or not matching that on official documents
    An account on slice with the same details is already present
    Email ID or phone number is already linked with some other account
    Unofficial college ID proof
    Defaulted repayment on slice or any other credit-giving platform
    Please note that slice gives a credit score to all applicants at the time of application, which is derived from hundreds of factors based on the information collected about the applicant. There can be multiple reasons other than the ones listed above which can lead to a lower credit score, resulting in students getting declined for credit.

    3. What are monies?
    Answer: monies are your new currency on slice. for every ₹1 you spend, you get 1 monies.

    0 to 299,999 monies                 : 1% Cashback
    3,00,000-4,99,999 monies         : 1.5% Cashback

    so, for example - if you’ve accumulated 6,00,000 monies and decide to convert all of it to cash, you’ll receive a cashback of ₹12,000 at 2% conversion rate.
    similarly, if you have 4,00,000 monies and you convert all of it to cash, you’ll receive a cashback of ₹6,000 at a 1.5% conversion rate.


    4. How can I earn monies?
    Answer: You can start earning monies once you have checked out rewards and collected your welcome gift of 1000 monies. For every ₹1, you spend on your slice card, you get 1 monies. So start transacting now with your slice card  🤗

    5. How many monies can I earn?

    7. How can I convert my monies to cash?
    Answer: Just head over to rewards in your app, select the amount of monies you wish to convert, and click on “convert to cash”. monies can be converted into real cash at any time you want 🤗

    8. I have not earned the monies for my recent transaction on EGV/Cash transfer?
    Answer: monies can only be earned on transactions made with the slice card. EGV and Cash transfer does not qualify as slice card transactions 😁

    9. What happens to my monies if I slice my card bill into instalments or pay after the due date?
    Answer: If you slice your card bill into installments or pay your bill after the due date, unfortunately, monies you received in the month will be reversed. If you have already converted those monies, same amount of monies would be deducted from your monies balance. If your monies balance is zero, you will be charged for the converted cash in the upcoming billing cycle and same would be visible in your passbook. So, to retain your monies, keep paying your bills in full and on time.



    10. What happens to my monies if I cancel the transaction?
    Answer: If you cancel your transaction, the monies you received through that particular transaction will be reversed. If you have already converted those monies, the same amount of monies would be deducted from your monies balance. If your monies balance is zero, you will be charged for the converted cash in the next billing cycle and the same would be visible in your passbook.
