O Lord, may my life be like that of a moth drawn to a flame; may I love the lamp of knowledge, O Lord. May my work be to support and protect the poor; to show love to those who suffer and those who are weak. My Allah, protect me from wrongdoing. Guide me along whichever path is good and righteous. My Allah, protect me from wrongdoing.
